Where We Deliver

We provide delivery services all over the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

• Delivering to areas like the Scottish Highlands, islands, or other hard-to-reach postcodes may involve extra fees and could take longer than usual.
• At this moment, we are unable to offer delivery to locations outside of the UK and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Times

Since we craft your mattress for you, the time frame for delivery might differ.

• Usual delivery time: takes 1 to 2 weeks after placing order.
• Once you order, we will provide an estimated delivery week. We'll contact you ahead of time to set up a delivery day that works for you.

How does our delivery service work?

Delivery Areas and Timeframes

We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Our standard delivery timeframes are:

• UK Mainland: 5-7 working days
• Northern Ireland: 7-10 working days
• Republic of Ireland: 7-10 working days
• Scottish Highlands and Islands: 10-14 working days

Delivery Charges

• Free standard delivery on all orders over £150 to UK mainland addresses
• UK Mainland (orders under £150): £35
• Northern Ireland: £55
• Republic of Ireland: £65
• Scottish Highlands and Islands: £75

What happens on delivery day?

Our delivery team will contact you the day before delivery to provide a 3-hour time slot. We offer:

• Front door delivery 
• Room of choice delivery (additional £35 fee)
• Old mattress removal service (additional £35 fee)

Delivery Timings

• Deliveries happen during weekdays from Monday to Friday.
• A delivery time slot lasting 3 to 4 hours, will be shared with you beforehand.
• If you live in a remote location, delivery options might be fewer, and extra fees of £30 to £70 or more could be charged.

Things You Need to Know

• Access: Make sure doorways staircases, and hallways are wide enough to get your new mattress to where you want it. If delivery is attempted but can't be finished because of tight spaces extra fees might be charged.
• Missed Deliveries: If nobody is home to take the delivery at the scheduled time, redelivery fees might be added.
• Delays: We plan to deliver within the estimated window, but things like courier or supply chain problems can cause delays. We’ll keep you updated if that happens.
